Good Afternoon, my apologies for late response. I do not receive alerts for questions on page.
A concrete patio may be installed but approval must be given before any installation is completed. You will need the following:
- Plat of survey (include a drawing of your improvement with dimensions, this is to show property lines)
- Materials being used (if you’re having a contractor install the patio you may include the estimate since it covers all specifications)
- Written request stating your proposed improvement
This can be submitted to our office electronically at info@nemanichconsulting.com, you may drop a copy off in our office, or you may mail a physical copy. Once we receive you submission it will be passed along to the Board for review. We will notify you of its status soon after but the Board does have 30 days to approve an item. Please review Article 8 section 8.10 and Article 3 Section 3.07 for more information.
